During each career fair you'll be able to:

  • Learn about water careers from professionals on the front lines
  • Find out about each agency, available roles, and how to navigate the hiring process
  • Discover the wide variety of water careers available
  • Ask questions to the HR representative and team members
  • Share your contact info with the agencies (note: most agencies have detailed steps for employment applications)

Four virtual, regional career fairs

There will be four virtual career fairs October 3-6 highlighting different agencies and regions. Choose the virtual event near you, or join them all.

Who is this for?

Everyone is welcome - students, switching careers, exploring new careers, or already in the water sector and exploring opportunities. If you have training and certifications and are searching for a water job - this is the place for you. The event is free for attendees.

We hope you find the California water community welcoming, inclusive, and open to helping new people join our profession.

The career fairs are held as part of California Water Professionals Appreciation Week, with support from leading water associations including: ACWA, CWEA, CASA, and CA-NV AWWA.
